Do Not Call Policy
If you do not want to receive sales calls from Arketin LLC or other entities powered by Arketin LLC, you may ask us to place your telephone number on our Do Not Call List by sending an email to dnc-me@arketin.com.
In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we will document your request promptly, typically within 5–7 days. Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number to be removed from sales programs and marketing campaigns that may already be underway.
How to Submit a Do Not Call Request
Your request may be submitted in writing or by email and must include, at a minimum, the telephone number you want added to our Do Not Call List.
If you have multiple telephone numbers that you do not want us to call, please include all applicable telephone numbers in your request.
The Company will maintain the telephone number and, if provided, the associated name on the Company's Do Not Call List for five (5) years, unless the person requests that the number be removed from the list.
If your telephone number changes, you must submit a new request with your new telephone number for your Do Not Call status to remain in effect.
Federal and State Do Not Call Registries
When soliciting prospective customers, we also honor applicable federal and state Do Not Call requirements, including requests associated with the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and applicable state agency lists.
Certain federal and state Do Not Call laws may permit companies to contact their own customers or persons with whom they have an existing business relationship, where permitted by law.
If you do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls from the Company, including where contact may otherwise be permitted by law, you may follow the steps above to be placed on the Company's Do Not Call List.
Our Do Not Call List
Being on the Company's Do Not Call List means that you will not receive telephone solicitation calls from representatives acting on behalf of the Company, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
Employees who engage in outbound telephone solicitation are trained regarding this policy and the applicable procedures. Management reviews the policy and procedures with applicable employees on a regular basis.
Policy Review and Availability
The methods and procedures in this Do Not Call Policy are reviewed by the Company on a biannual basis.
If a consumer requests a copy of our Do Not Call Policy, we may provide a copy by U.S. mail or electronic mail. This policy is also posted on applicable Company websites.
Who We Do Not Contact
The Company respects the wishes of customers and prospective customers who do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls from the Company.
